hi everybody, i don't know if this has already been discussed.
i used to have acne since 13 and it became worse and worse until 16, then it started to decrease and at the age of 17 i was off(just some occasional spot here and there). it has never been bad acne, just common juvenile acne, maybe even below average. i turned 18 yesterday and in the last months i've been really ok, neither i had those occasional spots; the "scars" had also almost gone away and everyone asked me how i could have my skin so clean at such a young age. tho, a couple of weeks ago, i started to work out and to eat more, and since then i've noticed the occasional spots appeared again. today i watched my face and i saw that there are at least 3-4 big spots, plus a couple of tiny spots. is this related to lifting weights? is it the milk i'm drinking? is it because of big eating (not that big, just more than usual)? or is it just that i'm back again into adolescence?
if the right answer is the C, is it a good thing? i mean, should i hope to gain muscles quicker and maybe even add a few inches to my height? i ask this, since my YOUNGER brothers (16 and 14 years old) are both taller than me (i'm 5'9, while they are 6'0 and 6'1 and it looks like they are still going to grow). my youngest brother (10 yr old) is also the tallest of his elementary school. could there be such a difference between me and them? consider that my father is as tall as me, maybe 5'10 (strange family, huh?).

i hope that you are going to answer to my questions (this thread looks like a trivia), if u want to. thanks to everybody who will help!

Acne is very complicated. I used to think that the hormones in milk made me break out, but now I doubt it. The main thing that has helped me with acne is water. Make sure you drink about a gallon a day.

This happened to me when I first started to lift weights, I went out and bought some "Clean and Clear daily pore cleanser"...just wash twice a day and don't touch your face and it cleared up for me, just a suggestion.
