An intersting situation with my "one-itis"....

There's been a really interesting situation developing between me and my "one-itis".......

At first it was a typical IP/IW relationship (Ladder Theory for those of you who don't know what the acronyms mean). But, recently things have been changing for the better

I've always acted "****y & funny" but it seems that I may have been overdoing it a little bit. I came off as arrogant, needy and some people could see right through the "fake confidence" being emitted by me. But, after spending some time on this amazing site, I have become a bit more reserved and began to develop more "inner game" and natural confidence. Gaining more and more IOIs from HBs right away -------> SCORE!

Back to my "one-itis", things have gotten a lot better recently. She began to respond really well to all the "gaming techniques" that I've been using on her. She started to initiate KINO with me were she would "accidently" bump into me and brush her boobs against me

After inplementing much of the advice I've read on this site, I have successfully changed the situation from her having almost NO romantic interest in me to creating a huge amount of sexual tension between us. She always walks with me in the halls ------> this increasing my social proof. Many people started noticing and some kids started coming up to my friends asking them, "Are they going out??"

The teachers started noticing this too! LOL (Me being obnoxious, loud, and approachable ----> most of the teachers have a friendly attitrude towards me) In one of the classes, I was sitting there flirting with her and then my teacher asks me, "OTB, have you known her since grammer school?"
I reply, "No, we only met in High School. Why?" Then he responds, "Cause it looks like you two were made for eachother!" I started cracking up, and she looked a little embarassed LMAO!:yes:
Another day in a different class, the teacher asks a question. I'm the only one that raises their hand and so I answer it. The teacher responds, "That was brilliant OTB!" Then he turns around to directly face her and says, "See that! You're dealing with a very smart man!" ROFL

Now to the incident in question:
One day, I was in class doing a lab with her and her friend. All of sudden, her friend starts b!tching and PMSing at me for no good reason. I just tell her (the friend) to shut her mouth. Once her friend leaves, I start saying "Who the fvck does she think she is?! I'm not her boyfriend, I don't have to put up with any of her stupid sh!t!" And we both start cracking up......
Then she comes out with this line:
"You know what? You're actually like my boyfriend in every single way.........except, sexually....."


What exactly should I make of this line? And according to all this, Is she mine for the taking? (She has a BOREfriend but they're not that close, and there's already a good amount of sexual tension that has developed between us)
I'm a firm believer in the philosophy which states that it IS possible to get out of the dreaded Friend Zone........

What do you guys make of all this?

There is always a point in which one must ask himself certain questions and answer those questions truthfully. From my point of view it seems as if you have far crossed the boundary between someone who is stricken with a bad case of "oneitis" and someone who is yearning to be if not already the intellectual wh0re of a temptress who commands your emotions as if they were Japanese kamikaze pilots during pearl harbor.

You are taking every sort of physical contact or emotional connection as
something more than it really, the reality has apparently not hit; sadly when it does it will be a hard hit to take however only made worse by your over analyzation of the situation at hand. Of course this is not to say that over the amount of time that you have known said female there has been no attraction built. But it is only the temporary or spur of the moment type, it doesn't last nor does it offer the rewards that you seek. The amount of hype you have created is in no way justified by the results that you have had, especially since she has a boyfriend, and strictly interpreting that quote that you provided i can see that her boyfriend must be giving her everything she needs if he is like you in every way. Do not forget a girl's mental stimulation is as important as her physical stimulation.

To put this into a simpler perspective, you relationship is like a track which has reached its breakdown and seems to be getting to it's apex, you are all up in arms and ready for the games to begin and ready for the song to drop into it's main melodies and height of the energy that the track will have. You think you can feel whats coming next and you are confident that the when the breakdown ends you will hear the something that you will just fall in love with. In reality there is no end to the part of the song you are on it is one continuous breakdown that could swing in any direction, but because you are inactive it never will. You are heading for something, just decide what it should be and move in for the kill or break away into something that will ultimately be more worthwhile. It seems like you just can't wait to live in a world where you don't emotionally belong.

Your interest can be simply summed up as lack of positive attention from the girls that you initially went for, so you go on to seek the attention and comfort of something that will give you what you yearn for; in exchange for your emotionally wellbeing. Go out and rethink your goals and ambitions and i will guarantee that you will see things my way. Or if you want go out to your intellectual pimp and seek the validation you so dearly crave like a recent amputee with morphine, but at least make you intentions known to the girl in question. Show her what you want and she will give you want she sees fit.

Yeah, jealousy does work well! But for some reason, the pull of my one-itus is still pretty strong...... Even though the force of attraction to your one-itus is suppose to decrease when you see other women, it hasn't.
In reality her power over me hasn't diminished at all.......

Can you guys give me any advice of how to get rid of this infatuation??
