respect everyone untill they disrespect you. If they're cool to you be cool to them, do your thing, pick up the chicks in the group, leave with numbers or with the girls. be subtle about it--

if you make a big deal about insulting any guys around you before they give you any lip, you just lower yourself to their loudmouth ******* level.

of course if you approach, and the guys around the chicks your going for disrespect you, try to make you look good, or otherwise fail to treat you with the respect you deserve, thebn game on-- make those fvckers wish they kept their pie holes closed.......
