Guys i weigh 150 lbs but im realli a skinny guy. Im about 5'10. The problem i have is that i have skinny arms and legs but i have a very big gut and i have fat on my back and the sides and my obliques are very big. humungous even. When ever i sit down i can see multiple tires. My thigs are pretty fat too.

So i figure some jogging would help and some proper eating.
Right now my routine is to wake up at 8:45 I jog form 9:00 to 10:00 and i do heart rate training. Whre ill jog for 5 min walk for 10 then get my heart rate up again and jog for 5 min and walk for 10 again. And im eating the carbs early during the day and trying to eat nothing after evening time. Im eating smaller meals 6 times a day and keeping away from white bread and pastas.

I also do stomach crunches and jump rope. I do about 100 stomach crunches everyday. And then 10 min of jump rope. Then i take some weights and i do some oblique exercises. Maybe 45 min of exercise

So thats everyday. What do u guys think. ANd im drinking lots of water

Cardio seems fine, 6 meals seems fine, no carbs after hours okay .. eat stuff in the evening though, it helps keep your metabolism up.

Stick to lean proteins (tuna, chicken breast or other lean meat) and salads/veg, you can even eat this before bed if you like.

I think the skip-rope exercises might be unnecessary; a mistake I've often made in the past is TOO MUCH cardio when trying to strip bodyfat. I know it seems silly but I'd stay stick with the morning jog/walk, keep at this for two weeks, monitor results (waistline and/or weight), if losing at a safe rate (1-2lbs per week) then all is well, keep monitoring every week - when fat loss stalls then consider adding in another cardio session.

Less is more, and given your measurements the fat should roll off pretty easily.

Good luck bro, start small so you gradually get used to it, don't worry this will do more for your fat loss than doing more.

You may also want to take fish/flax/udo's oil per day and drink a couple of litres of green tea - but just by eating sensibly and exercising as outlined above you should do fine mate.

Its good to bulk first, because the muscles will eat lotsa calories and help lower your bodyfat %... u will probably weigh more too! :)

If you are a newbie to working out and such, then weighlifting might be your best bet... You should gain muscle fairly quickly, and lose fat at the same time... once you do it for a while it will become much harder to improve.

Just keep at it.

If someone says 'bulk' or 'cut' again, I shall have a seizure.

:cuss:

kk, a good weightlifting routine will do your fat burning no harm, so yes, go for it.

You got a good routine going there kk, just remember to measure your results by inches lost rather than weight.

It's a far more reliable indicator of progress.
