A co-worker at the hospital has been married to his wife a for a little over a year. I believe the courtship was 3 or 4 years. He's been flying high with rose colored glasses it seems, as she seemed to had changed during the last year or so I am told. She's apparently hit him a couple of times and apparently even told him she doesn't really know if she wants to have a family with him. It seems the final blow was when she apparently told him she wants to stay married to him, but wants to allow other people in to the marriage for both of them. He's losing it and we had to talk him down from the proverbial ledge. He's going to see a lawyer and file for divorce. They have nothing, so it should be pretty easy to drop her, but she can cause some legal fees if she wants to make it hard on him.

It so important that you dudes vent your LTR or future wife. A female's opinion of you changes like the wind. When it changes negatively, you leave. This dude is prob. going to need some therapy, but it's doubtful he'll look at females the same moving forward. The scar will heal, but the damage is done. It's a shame too. The dude basically raised himself. Put himself through school, had no real family to fall back on. He's had other females, as he's not that young at 34, but you can see he's in utter shock and dismayed at the whole situation. Females can be cruel and they do not even know that they are doing it half the time.

Be careful dudes. And remember, should you ever consider to marry any female, you get that cohabitation agreement and pre-nup. Most important thing to have in the pre-nup; aside from separate accounts will remain separate, and commingled accounts are marital is that each party pays for their own legal and court fees.

That’s nothing. I know of a guy who moved to Mexico because he thought escaping the states was a good idea. He has 4/5 kids with another on the way. Anyhow as I suspected reality hit real hard and the wife left him in the middle of the night, took all his money and credit/debit cards and he’s stranded in Mexico. The worst part? He still loves her. I’ll be very surprised if he makes it out of there alive.

the reality is we live in fairly civilized countries even with everything going on. Some parts of the world are truly lawless and run by cartels who weren’t founded by any civilized moral code.

It’s tragic
