Hey guys I need a little help on this one. I was working out for a while but still eating the same things as before. I was able to drop 20 lbs or so. Then it was the next step, so I started eating better, like Oatmeal and chicken and soups and salads. At the same time i was uping my protein intake a lot. Well I couldn't loose any more weight. I was still eating quite a few carbs though. So I figured it was this causing the problem, so cut way down on my carb intake. No more milk and only 1 or 2 pieces of bread. Well the bottom line here is I tried to continue drinking my whey protein shakes with water. I almost threw up, i just can stand the taste of it with water. My question is is there anything i can mix with the water to make it taste better? or anything else i can mix it with other than milk? Or any particular type of whey protein that tastes better with water? I really don't want to drink milk right now because i am noticing results by doing so. Thanks
