Just like America is being hated because its the most powerful country in the world. It is always criticized and put down and people always show its negative sides and insult it everywhere.


Same concept with the alpha male. If you ever find yourself attracting women in one place, other guys will freaking hate you. Sometimes they will try to be your friends and then somehow push you off.


In the animal world, the alpha wolves get to eat and do things first and other wolves hate him for that.


So, the question is... should you bring yourself down to Earth a little bit and be somewhat like others and then try to get girls or not give the slightest f*ck about others and that they hate you?

Everyone in today's society is preoccupied with trying to get everyone else to like them. Why should everyone like you? Although I don't find what you say to be really true (liking someone depends on a whole lot of elements, not everyone is controlled purely and only by animal instincts), even if it were, so what? You have friends, right? You get girls? Yes? So why should you bother to come off likeable to some third parties? Seeking approval maybe?

But as for why people hate the USA I don't think its because they are the most powerful nation... read some Noam Chomsky and you will better understand why OUR western society is screwed up. Basically it has to do with corporations owning the media and benefiting from other corporations to the point where what the media says is totally different than whats actually going on. Noam Chomsky, according to The New York Times is the most influential and most highly regarded intellectual in the world. Hes just not popular in the USA because hes very.. controvercial. I agree. We're not hated because of our power, we're hated because of our current political actions. We weren't hated after WWII - and we were the most powerful nation in the world at that point. But we helped out a lot of countries. Now we're just something entirely different.

Dude, if you're HATED in a venue and guys are trying to pick fights with you, you are NOT an Alpha male. You are doing something WRONG.

A true Alpha is a social center. He is a lover of woman and brother of men. Men look up to him and wanna be like him, women wanna be WITH him. You think if Elvis Presley walked into a bar at the height of his fame guys would step up and try to take a swing at him? Hell no. They would come up and try to grab his hand, get autographs signed, chat him up.

To get the girls, FIRST you must befriend the guys. There is a much stronger common bond between guys than girls anyway. Guys befriend each other and divide and conquer the ladies in their little peer groups.

I have had guys in groups OFFER girls to me and HELP me isolate and **** targets. Guys know what's going down, and if they don't or try to get in your way, it may be that they are just socially idiots....or it may be that you just have the "hunter" vibe all over you.

In some high class clubs in L.A. this happens. Picking up is looked down upon and for good reason; clubs are about socializing not "pickup". They will see a guy picking up and the REAL Alpha guys will go, "Get that guy outta here, he's trying to pull ass." And security will comply.

I didn't. Nobody I know did. And I'm not far from Baltimore either where the Colts played for decades. Why? Peyton's the greatest. Every year he takes an average team, puts himself in the mix, and their a top 5 super bowl threat every year. Nobody in the NFL can play the quarterback position as well as Peyton Manning.

So naturally, it's our instinct to see him wanna go down. What's the point of watching the best win, right? We already know he's the best, don't need it to be reinforced.

I guess what I'm trying to say is, it's much easier to take the approach of wanting to see those in life that are strong individuals falter than it is to merely open our eyes and appreciate greatness. Any Dallas Cowboy fans around? You either are one or you hate them. Because they were so dominant in the nineties.

There are plenty of other examples of this out there, football's just my thing so I found it easiest to relate my idea to it.

Well, I realize I contradicted myself there.

YES, clubs are for picking up, inasmuch as that is what most everyone who goes there is looking to do, whether they will admit it or not.

That's one level of game. "Let's go out hit the clubs and find some fit birds."

There's another level of game; "Let's take our social group out to a club, lay back and chill, and subtly bring fit birds into our social group to see if they can measure up. If they do we'll **** them; if they don't we'll throw them back."

That's the level of game I was addressing in the post above. It's the same damn thing its just more subtle.

That's what I was on about L.A. clubs -- in some of them the more subtle level is all the "pickup" going on. If someone comes in and does more blatant pick-up it upsets everyone's equilibrium and they dislike it. It's the guys that just go straight in and do approach after approach after approach in the same venue that get kicked out....really easy to see because they are always making a beeline for the nearest hot women. It gets creepy.

As its germane to thread, I will say that Alpha guys avoid creepy behaviors like this. They may pick up, yes, and do it in a subtle or non-subtle way, but they don't overdo it and push it to the point that they are acting like social robots. That's not Alpha.

Not at all. People will hate you if you're a d!ck to them, not because you are an alpha male. You can be an alpha male and still be very charismatic and well liked - in fact, most alphas are.

Charisma is the key. If you really are confident with yourself and don't feel your alpha position is threatened, you can easily make people feel good about themselves and encourage them. They will like and respect you more for it. In other words, instead of bragging about how many girls you can get, offer to set your mate up with one of your female friends, be his wingman for the night or give him some tips for getting the ladies.
