I thought Age of Empires III was Age of Mythology? Age of Empires, Age of Kings (plus expansions), Age of Mythlogy, this.

Eh, whatever...Haven't touched the series in a long time, but back in like 8th grade or so I had two other buddies who I played the original Age of Empires online with...We'd get into a 4 person game and form an alliance and rape the other player. Ahh, good times

dammm..,. i might need to get a new computer.. this one cant play good games for sh1t.. what kind of requirments would a comp need to run all the new games ? (half life 2, doom 3, this?)

soemthing like 512 ram, 128 video card?

Yeah, nowadays you need something powerful enough to monitor a water-cooling plant to play solitare.

Probably want something like a 3 Ghz processor or better, 256+ RAM (minimum), 64+ MB Video card (64 is probably minimum too), plus around 2 GB or more free space just to install the game itself. Then, you'll probably need to MSconfig your system so it's around 96% free or better so it'll run smoothly, even with all the big hardware installed.

Yeah, you'll need a NASA comp to play this without any glitches. The computer i got right now lags when i get above 500 units in AOE2,cant even imagine how badly this new game will run(though i'll probly miss minimum reqs by a mile anyway).

No, for HL2 and all the new games you're gonna want 1GB ram...probably a 256 video card too. I'd suggest an AMD 64 processor also. 512 and 128 are the minimums, but trust me, you'll want more. They're meant to be played with awesome graphics like in those pics.

Ehh, give me the old, early-90's IBM "Box of Sh!t" computers and Lunar Lander any day! Include "Where in the World is Carmen San Diego" and I'm set!
