I'm sorry and you can call me a deviant, nasty, piece of ****, but if the age of consent in a certain area is 16, that 16 yr old is "getting it." If she's old to operate a motor vehicle, she's old enough to get a load to the face and chin.

Personally I think in areas where the age of consent is under 16, this countries are out of line, but then again, I'm applying Western culture, morals, values, standards, to places where smashing 13, 14, and 15 yr olds are the norm. What's the forum's personal cut off. Or does she just have to willing and conscious?

To protect yourself from a prison term and a life of humiliation, I'd say don't do anyone under 18 (that means avoiding high school girls, and early college girls). 90% of society takes a dim view of sex offenders, especially pedos.

In a lighter note, here are some interesting places:

-Austria (in Europe) allows homo sex at 14
-Canada allows homo sex at 18, but lesbo sex at 14 (how weird)
-Mexico and Netherlands allows sex at 12
-Iran doesn't allow sex outside marriage (still living in the medieval ages)
-USA has different laws for different states (how weird huh?)

A large part of the age of concent laws is to curb teen pregnancy. Previously in CA, the age of concent was 16, but lawmakers saw high rates of teen pregnancy and increased the age to 18 (I don't think it's worked...). So it's not just based on morality, sometimes the intent of the law is for practicality also.

Friv, the bottom line is that as soon as a female menstruates/grows boobs/pubic hair, men WILL find her attractive.

There is not a man on earth who would say no to a naked, young, fertile female who was bent over before them, begging for it(granted that nobody would find out and there would be no legal repercussions).

With that said, many men WOULD say "no". But that's only because of social conditioning/fear of prosecution.

Instinctually, men are programmed to fyck young women.

Now with THAT said, in this day and age, there are MANY possible repercussions to having sex with a very young female. Not only legal, but there's the possibility of being labelled a pedophile by others etc. You also have to take into account the possible consequences to the young lady, both emotional and physical. There's also the possibility of getting her pregnant.

Of course, back in the cave-man days, none of this mattered, but nowadays it does.

The intelligent man will think with his big head, not the little one, and weigh many pros/cons to sleeping with a young woman. Those who are unable to adapt to society's current standards, or are too stupid to think these things through, will pay the consequences.

If 1) it's legal in that area and 2) the young person in question seems capable of making intelligent and informed choices regarding what to do with their own body, why shouldn't you?

Don't misunderstand me, I think that those who take advantage of underage people either forcefully or any other way should be drawn and quartered, but the key part of that is "take advantage of". A person's age is not the only method of determining their ability to make intelligent choices. I have met 16 year olds who seemed to be more qualified to make good decisions with what to do regarding sex than some of the 26 years olds that I've met. That's not to say that I think every guy regardless of age should be able to go out and bang 16 year olds, but other than forced conservative "morality", what is the reasoning for not doing so? Why is it less acceptable? Of course there are guys who would take advantage of a young girls, but as long as no one is getting played and both parties want it, what's wrong with it?

I'll be honest, in NV, 16 is the minimum age, and if I found a hot little 16 year old who showed evidence that they fully understood the repercussions of their actions, I'd hit it two times. Likewise, if I felt that the hottie didn't have the capacity to understand the situation fully, make an informed choice, and just generally keep their own best interests in mind (be it due to inexperience, inebriation, or anything in between), then I wouldn't do it, no matter if they're 16 or 36.

Well my province the legal age is 14, Im not sure about all of Canada being 14 as the legal age, I think most provinces are 16, ooorrrrrrrr its true that all of canada is 14. Not that I would bang a 14 year old anyways, just saying.

Canada's Legal Laws In Regards to Age of Consent for Sexual Engagements

1. Sexual Engagement of a Minor.
a)

'Every person who, for a sexual purpose, touches, directly or indirectly, with a part of the body or with an object, any part of the body a person under the age of fourteen (14) years is guilty of an indictable offence and liable to imprisonment for a term not exceeding ten years or is guilty of an offence punishable on summary conviction.'

b) That LEGALLY MEANS if a kid THINKS and TELLS that you touched them and they were not comfortable, IRREGARDLESS of if they were, your ass is toast. Refer to 2e for a extension of this rule.





2. Sexual Engagement of a person over the age of 14.
a)

According to section 151 of the Criminal Code, the legal age for consenting to a sexual activity is fourteen (14) years

b)

Although there are many views on what is an appropriate age to begin to engage in sexual activity, the fact is that young persons do engage in sexual activity. The Canadian Youth, Sexual Health and HIV/AIDS Study 2003 report by the Canadian Council of Ministers of Education reported that the average age of first sexual intercourse was 14.1 years for boys and 14.5 years for girls.

c)

Although some mistakenly believe that the age of consent was lowered in the 1980s, the age of consent to sexual activity has been 14 years since 1890 when it was raised from 12 years.

d) One BIG exception. If one party is between 12 and 14, and the other party is not more then two years over, then it is legal as well.
e) Over top of that exception, if one party is 11 or under, they cannot get charged for a crime. Secondly, if the other is not more then two years or over age 14, they cannot be charged with a violation of the age of consent laws.
f) Until both parties are legal (age 18), the maximum alowed age spread continues to be 2 years. This means you cannot legally have intercourse with a 15 year old if you are 17 and a day over the other parties age.

That should clear up ANY misconceptions about age of consent laws, at least in Canada. All other countries have their variations, and it is your job to know, understand and adhere to them to avoid being legally liable.
