AFC versus DJ: Who is a real man?

If you ever try to write stories, about how an AFC is better than a DJ, it is difficult. You come across barriers, countless barriers as to why one human is less worthy than the other.

"Do they wake in the morning, or sleep in?"
"Do they protect weak, or laugh and join in?"
"Can they read, or would they prefer to have fun?"

There are so many things that you you must point out, that makes a DJ more prepared than the AFC.

These are the things that seperate a DJ from a PUA. These are the things that make a man desire apathy from others. Things that make a man CRY for power, BEG for acceptance, and HIDE from his actions.

In the end, it comes down to who is better prepared, who is more able, and who is willing.

To me, the greatest AFC mistake, is being told what is right, and continuing to do what is wrong.

Why do so many guys believe that being a "DJ" makes them so special. The most being a "DJ" means is that you have found ss.net, nothing more than that. There are millions of great people out there AFCs, DJs, whatever. According to the popular vernacular of this site -

the AFC is the weak correct. What are you, the supposed DJ, doing with this protecting or laughing at the AFC from his lifestyle.

You guys who take this sh1t so literally need to step away from the computer sometimes. Just because you found a magic website and have read everything on it does not make you better than anyone.

Here's why guys believe being a 'dj' is important:

Being a dj means you are completely confident in yourself. You know that people like you, and you like yourself. You choose what you want in life, rather than having things chosen for you. Example: choosing which girl to take home at the club, rather than waiting for the woman to make up her mind.

Being a dj means friends look to you when they need help, they look up to you as somebody they want to be, somebody they believe is a true indication of what a man really is.

Lets take a simple example from my life: freshman orientation in college 4 yrs ago......room with this kid for the 1 day orientation......rugby player, very muscular, cut body, good looking guy, dressed well, talked with confidence, and had that overall 'aura' to him. Being an AFC I immediately looked up to this kid. Stayed in contact w/ him a little bit, and realized how easily this kid pulled women, how much guys looked up to him, and how willing he was to help out his bro's. And he wasn't a complete **** even though he really was tough ****.

So to answer your question of why do u guys think being a dj is so special ? B/c it is special ! As a dj, you have the opportunity to make a difference in other peoples lives. You are the one they look up to. You control your own destiny. You control who you want to sleep with, who you want to hang out with, etc. Being a dj is not just about sleeping with women. It is a state of mind.

A better question is who is happier with their life. AFC has the word Fustrated as a capitol word in its acronym. Are fustrated people happy with their lives? Who's to say? I do better at my jobs when I'm fustrated because it makes me calm down, revaluate the situation, think outside the box from time to time and come up with a feaseable solution. With women however the same technique does not apply. You need good reflexes and instincts about what to do on the spot right and it has to be seemless and seemingly second nature. In essance fustration while DJing is bad because fustration will kill your game if you let it show and it happens too much. Without game you won't get any girls (which is fine if you're an alcoholic as the smooth taste of jim beam black label [my new number 1] can comfort you to sleep every night! yehh!!) so you proabably won't be that happy. So being an AFC is no worse then being a DJ if you don't like being happy.

I don't see how this has any bearing on the subject of the thread itself. Care to elaborate ? And why are u talking about grades ? Go to the high school forum if u wanna talk about grades.

Theres no clearcut definition to either of these terms.

A guy can be completely AFC when it comes to girls but if someone is getting picked on and he steps in and puts a stop to it like a bad ass then he's Dj.

I believe everyone has both "afc" and "dj" characteristics (to lesser or greater degrees). To be either/or wouldnt make u a complete human but simply a programmed person with a 1 track mind and no variation at all which would be wack.

An AFC in my mind, would never "step in" and "stop a fight", for many different reasons. They are afraid they will get hurt in the process, they are afraid people will get angry for doing so, they think it's fun to watch people getting picked on, the person isn't nice so it's enjoyable, they just keep walking because it means nothing to them. They are never badass, they are either too lazy, or too scared to do anything with their lives.

Is "Don Juan" in the dictionary? Will it ever be in the dictionary? If someone whose NOT caught up in the "Don Juan" lifestyle were going to define a "Don Juan", how would they define it? "The act of trying to be a better person"? No. "A lifestyle"? No. "Someone more advanced in the field of picking up women"? No. It would simply be defined as another form of a pick-up artist.

So, is being Don Juan really important? No.

Whose better? The AFC or the DJ? ... Neither. You may be better at getting the girl, but he might be able to bench more. You might have a better 3 pt. shot, but he might have a better dunk.

Calling someone "AFC" is like calling someone "emo". It's just another way to put a negative title on someone whose not you.

The difference between the DJ and the AFC is thier state of mind.

The AFC is someone floods himself with negative thoughts ' Oh, I'm going to fail that exam ' ' No, she doesn't like me! ' ' I get bullied because I deserved nothing better ' ' I will spend my life doing something I hate as I can't be happy ' , get the point? He negativety comes off and leaves a rotten smell among the people he knows and they get the sense they are bad news and stay away!

The AFC never stands for himself, hes afriad of conflict, he is a pacifist, willing to sacrififce his happiness for the sake of others, sure it might make him look good but who'd want to know this person? Thats right, NO ONE!

The DJ, on the other hand, surrounds himself with postive thoughts like ' Ok, I might have failed, what can I do to improve? ' ' She DOES like me! ' ' I refuse to be another sheep! ' , etc. this gives off an irrestiable aura that draws people in this person, they know he is good news.

The DJ will fight any attempts to bring him down, he doesn't care who it is, they will STAND UP FOR THEMSELVES and what they believe in! NO ONE has the right to tell them what to do! It is thier life, no another persons!

So basically, to take a page from the Book of Pook ' As you think and you shall become ' , it can be either or greatest gift our greatest hinderence! Use it with care!

Some people take this way too far. To the point where they need to classify themselves as a "DJ" in order to feel better about themselves. The only difference is many people just don't know any better. That's all.
