I am 18 yrs old, currently on my uni holidays with lots of free time and looking for advice on how to be more attractive. I've looked at the tips in other threads but was just wondering if someone could give me some more personal advice. So far I'm just working out every second day and recently got some decent clothes. Is it worth learning PUA stuff for example? Any help and suggestions would be much appreciated!

PUA theory is training wheels. It can be helpful, but in the end it's going to be your self-confidence that attracts women.

Self-confidence can be projected without "earning" it, but without the right attitude it will come across as c0cky and arrogant.

Learning to overcome and sideline your ego is also important. This means learning to not have emotional reactions to things that don't go your way, and being self-confident without also being arrogant. You can only get this from reading philosophy.

Lean so hard into your weakness that you fail, then fail again and you keep failing, using different strategies, until you find success. You learn nothing from being successful, seek out failure and grow.

You are taking care of clothes and working out, which is great. Don't forget hairstyle. Hairstyle (or alternatively aesthetic buzz/shave) is probably the most important part of looksmaxxing.

For clothing/fashion, I would argue that the shirt is the most important.

What kinds of shirts do you recommend? I've found online that apparently crew neck t shirts and button down shirts are good but idk if there are any better options.

What books on philosophy do you recommend?

It might be worth taking a look at PUA stuff for some simple inspiration, but as @Kotaix pointed out, it's training wheels. You'll want to go a couple layers deeper and really embody what it is that makes a man attractive. Changing your actions on the surface will not hold up, you'll probably have to change the you think.

Not exactly traditional philosophy, but if you haven't already you should read Book of Pook (PDF). Goes pretty deep into it and is also fairly entertaining to read.

what are you good at, whatever that is start a club of some sort about that. 18 year old, pick something that you like and are good at and invite a couple of friends to do it with you every week or every other week. sort of in an organized way, but not too formal. then after a couple of weeks until a couple of months invite a few more newcomers and friends of the friends to join. you make sure to be the one to keep the schedule and make changes to it when needed. When you have 10 or more members make a social media presence about the activity.

I can't give you specific fashion advice because I'm in a different age range. I'm just saying be picky about your shirt selections; that's all. Good luck man.

I'd start with stoicism and see how you like it. The meditations by marcus aurelius is a good place to start.
I didn't like the meditations... at all.
SPOILER ALERT ABOUT THAT BOOK
that guy goes on and on trying to convice himself that death is not that bad, after all

Not that it's a strange worry, given his situation.

Figure out fast your goals in life and then go after them with laser focus so will reach them early in your 20'ties and not when you are old and gray.

A wheel chair doesn't fit into the baggage compartment of a Lamborghini... :eek:o_O
