Advice for breakup

Ive been with my gf for ten months, she has decided she is completely in love with me and I am "the one" and I know she is not "the one" for me, so have decided to break up with her. Any advice for how do it would be welcome as Ive never dumped someone who is so into me.

I know its hard for us to guys to let down women who are sensitive and genuine. If yer sure, you wanna call it off, do it the way women say it the best. She'll get the hint. Tell her.. i love you, but i am not 'in love' with you..

Also let her know that you are not seeing anybody else.. (if thats the case or not)
