Pork is red meat.

And you will still get sore with bcaa, they're not magic, but it will be less.

depends on what you mean. wolf lists a bunch. some people even consider 'steak-like' red fleshed fish (wild caught salmon & tuna for example) to be 'red meat'. the real question is, why do you care? all meat is good for growing.

bcaa's are the "building blocks" of protein and they allow for protein synthesis to occur in your body. I also learned that too much booze can impair protein synthesis. As for the soreness, I just use L-glutamine, it's an amino acid, just not a branched-chain one(leucine, isoleucine, valine).

booze has so many negative effects on growth that getting rid of it as best you can is probably the best 'supplement' out there...

Use weed instead, it's great for growth when you just can't fit that last meal in.

This is not a tip
