Alright, there is this program on the internet that talks about the Adonis Index, I'll show the link here:

http://www.adoniseffect.com/

It's an e-book that says that the ideal work-out goal is an ratio of 1:1.6 between shoulder to hip ratio (i.e. the "V" shape), or other work-out routines that do not have this particular ratio are ineffective at generating attraction with women.

I'm now hitting the GYM, three times per week, eating whey protein isolate like crazy and it appears I have bulked up quite a bit since I started a few weeks ago. I'm seeing subtle changes -- but nothing major.

Would like to know what other people's work-outs -- has your particular work-out resulted in progress at generating physical attraction with women? What type of work-out did you do? (i.e. generate muscle, work on losing fat, etc...).

What would you think of this Adonis index idea?

Currently, I have already purchased an e-book from Sean Nalewanyj. I've bulked up muscles as a result as I found myself motivated by following a work-out program called "Metobolic Ignition" and listening to some of his tips of nutrition to build muscles and have seen some progress.

However, this book is about general fitness, but not a specific fitness goal that is designed to maximize attraction to most women like the Adonis program is selling itself ot be.

Now, is this Adonis program realistic? Is there really a particular body-type that most women would be attracted to?

Bump it up to 4-5 times a week, I personally like a 2 day on 1 day sort of routine. Works great as you rest every 3 days but you're frequency is real good and you can hit muscle groups twice every 7-8 days. I know

So I'm guessing you just payed for something similar to this eh? http://www.teenbodybuilding.com/sean4p.htm which I found for free:):D

Look don't get suckered into buying more stuff. Adonis Index yadda yadda...they're just trying to sell you something that you can learn about and apply to yourself for free. Just worry about bringing up your shoulders (nice width, do your lateral raises/heavy shoulder pressing!), build up your back, keep fat at bay this will get you that coveted v-shape. The Grecian Ideal measurements are good to follow, usually keep arm size/calve/neck size the same, big wide chest/shoulders, don't like how most recommend thigh sizes, too small most of the time.

Just use the mirror, don't neglect muscle groups and ones that are clearly lagging behind as you go on you can add more direct work/up frequency or put them at the start of sessions.

Yet that Sean guy has some pretty sound advice. I know he touts low volume high intensity but a lot of people take a while to build up that "true" intensity. I'd just train and work up/warm up to at least 2 real good working sets on each of your main exercises that way you get enough volume in and you can build up your intensity better. Just make sure to not neglect things like lateral raises, calve raises, dumbbell flies after your main movements. Every exercise you do should be looked at as a tool, everything has its place.

Thanks for prompt reply. Even this site gets better replies than Sean's site at "Fitness Inner Circle" which he also sells at a price per month and gives a one month free trial...okay, let me explain clickbank and digital products.

Basically it works like this -- if you don't like the product, you ask for your money back and buy the next product that out-sells that one. I find that I'm money motivated and will try something out seriously if I know that my money is involved. Basically, if I honestly give it the "whole 9 yards" and find that something doesn't completely jive with me, then I simply ask for my money back. Usually, my peak motivation of a "purchased product" is within the first 30 days, and by that time I know more or less if I have developed a new habit that will go somewhere, or if it's going nowhere and I have to ask for a refund.

To date, clickbank backed money guarantees have always honoured - no questions asked money back guarantees when I asked for a refund. A vendor may ask why you are asking for your money back and you can explain why you feel the program is not for you.

Therefore, I'm actually more motivated by "proving a system" on their guarantee then if I got free information since it's like someone betting me on my own money that what they are saying is true and whatever promises they are making will happen....and I take that bet very seriously.

This is how a good Capitalist structure works.

***************

Now, that being said, the Sean program appears to be working in that I'm bulking up. But I don't think women want a man that's bulked up, but like a man that has a V-shaped torso. I'm being steered towards giving the V-shaped products a try and asking for a money-back refund from Sean's program and dismissing his program as being all over the place and lacking a fixed direction for someone who has a particular goal...but I could be wrong and want one last reality check here before I come to that decision later (still have another 40 days for the money back guarantee!)

To deal with this -- I've set up a post here to either confirm or deny the truth of the V-shaped body -- and if the negative feedback I've received to date -- that I'm bulking up in a way that's not attractive to women and possibly harmful to my health -- I'd like to see what other people have experienced in their body building endeavours.

Have you -- for example, gotten more "hits" from women. Hits are IOI's, or a woman showing you unusual favour or interest out of the blue because of your body shape, etc... Do you feel you particular fitness program is leading to that direction?

Rubbish. Look how you wanna look. At the end of the day it really doesn't matter----your personality, game, and self-development are what matters.

I'm not gonna lie and say I dont get more looks from women as a big guy, but seriously it's not like they are jumping in my lap. It's no different than when I was 160 lbs. I still have to be confident, take the initiative, and know when to walk away or push it some more.

I`ve already established the fact that bulking up is not the solution, which is why I made this thread to look for the truth. Saying looks doesn`t matter doesn`t wash here. The only way I can be convinced is if I have optimal looks and see no difference with my own eyes.

Again, I find it hard, very hard to believe that if a woman finds you attractive that you like, and you know it subconciously that she wants you and you just have to go through the motions -- that the game, personality, or other aspects isn`t just going to naturally happen whether you initiate it or she initaites it. You just have to show up at the right place and not look like a total moron.

In fact, I`d think you are discouraging this because you want to get rid of the competition -- come on -- you have to be having a way easier time with the chicks than you did before than just some occasional looks here and there.

****

So, to getting a woman to jump into your lap but getting a V-shaped body COULD be the answer (i.e. a swimmer`s body).

That is why I intend to ask for a money back return on an e-book that caused me to bulk up -- but feel it`s not getting me what I want. In my case I`m overweight (224 lbs +) and have a fat on my stomach. I think I would benefit greatly if I were to get rid of that fat, show some abs, while maintaining and building the chest muscles -- and it would be an expontential improvement that could result in women falling into my lap, literally.

Having a V shaped torso with specifically a 1:1.6 ratio is.

Well I'm here to tell you there is such a magic wand. Something that will make you almost completely irresistible to any woman you "point it" at. Something guaranteed to fill your life with love, romance, and excitement.

I've requested a money back guarantee on about $ 100 worth of e-book products from the Sean site via clickbank. So far this system has not failed in terms of honouring money back guarantee when buying clickbank based products.
If I get my money back, I will post a link to their website here so that people can try out the products and see if it works for them. I'm an honest person and will give the product a good try before shelving it and demanding a refund.

The reason the product did not work for me is too much fat was made around my waste and I was bulking up too much and there was too much negative feeback and not enough hits from the ladies about the program I just started to the point I just said the heck with it and went the guarantee since I'm not really happy with the program.

I think Sean's program is best for people who are ectomorphic or mesomorphic and need to gain weight and accumulate muscle mass otherwise it's just too darn confusing. Once I get my money back I will look for other e-books that focus on the V-body form (i.e. "Swimmer's Body) before really throwing in the towel that my body can be improved in an optimal sort of way.

Why does it have to be so complicated? If you're overweight go do some cardio then add some muscle. You'll develop some strength, size and learn to mold your body along the way.

No generic workout will give you the same results either. Guidelines, maybe. Exactly the same results? No.

If it's working for you and you're getting results then keep at it.

If it isn't or stops working, then time to rethink what you're doing.

Lifting weights, doing cardio, eating properly will generally result in more muscle mass and less bodyfat, which accentuates your natural V shape torso. Nothing special, no gimmicks, no hanky panky.

The stickies at the top have all the resources for achieving these goals, short of advanced techniques (advanced = been chugging along for 5-10 years steady).

If you like what someone is writing and teaching and you're getting results, then it's okay to buy his product or service.
