Addictive Electronic Devices that are bad for you

I need to write a paper due monday, regarding addictive eletronics such as television, but its been used as an example already so i cant use it. I need reasons why such devices are bad for you, can someone give me examples, such as why ipods or cell phones are addictive and harmful? My problem is each device i think of is 10 times more usefull than it is pointless.

Make your paper about your computer and sosuave, and how your cyber DJ skills are on point, but you got LJBF'd last week by an HB 6, so you decided to post about it in the Mature Man forum under your other alias who is 39, but you were answered by a female who seemed to make sense, but then someone accused her of being a transplant spy from the LS Matrix, so then you got really confused and tried to find a related thread in the Tips forum, but with no success you asked the highschool kids what they thought, but all they could say was "nam sayin, so you decided to check in on the Fitness forum so you could get some advice on getting big so you could kick those little high school pricks a$$es. Then you made a post detailing how you were going to beat them down in the forum called Anything Else.

Well first of all, why not? There are a lot of cool stylistic devices used here, such as plate theory, the Pick-up artist, indication of interest, etc. Should make for something regarding the language used.

NOTE: DO NOT MENTION SOSUAVE OR GIVE AWAY INFO THAT COULD LEAD HERE.

Also, nothing becomes really harmful unless it's overused. A cell phone is cool unless you can't get off it, a computer is cool as well. You need to focus on why people use these devices excessively, in my opinion.

I used to read books for hours on end, like 5-6 hours a day, didn't really care what they were about, I just cared about reading. I abused them to not have to focus on my life.

You never mentioned the "honors" part in the OP, Mr. IO. It's no problem if you don't have the ballz to have fun with it. Do something real conservative and boring. The chicks will dig it.

Ok maybe I gave the wrong directions. It has to be a medium of some sort. A medium is plural of media if you didnt know that. Media as in the internet, a cell phone, ipods, television, computers, etc. And Mistic...this is about writing a paper this has nothing to do with girls, im just asking for some help with my homework i dont know where girls play a part in this

As for the OP, do something on Blackberries. No, I don't mean fruit. I mean the mobile devices that allow you to access the Internet from anywhere.

My work wants me to get one, but I refuse because apparently, for people who get them, there is life before the Blackberry and life after the Blackberry. Life after the Blackberry includes excessive Internet usage and mental dependency. I have friends who have got them, and they haven't been the same since. I'm not kidding, either.

electricity is bad for us.
i read a study back in about 95 that stated that in rural areas, children were considered more normal than the opposed children who grow up in bigger cities with lots of electrical lines.
children who grow up near a power station, tend to be alot more add and adhd making them more abnormal.

it was a local newspaper story and so long ago that i can not remember where the column writer got their sources...

however, think about all the adhd kids these days compared to no one having it 30 years ago. apparently, the hyperactivity stems from all the electricity we have these days.
