I'm 22, and im still not over acne. I still have some marks from time to time, some tips on the best things to apply?

And what about ppl who have marks from having acne when in the teens? Is it possible to fix those, or only cirgury or something?

If you're referring to acne scarring. I have found out the only way to get rid of it is via microdermabration and collagenosis treaments or IPL (laser) treatments.

i'm not sure if you're talking about scars or red and brown marks.
scars are indented and same skin color as your overall complexion. these will smooth out somewhat with time but not completely. see your derm, they got a ****load of new procedures and treatments for scars nowdays, although quite expensive.
marks from acne are either reddish or brown. most fade away completely with time, but can take up to 2 years if your acne was severe.sometimes these marks turn into scars as they fade away. there are few OTC products out there that help make them heal faster and make them lighter. one thing i used that really did wonders was "Neutrogena Multi-Vitamin Acne Treatment", it does a crappy job at preventing acne from occuring, but when it comes to healing red marks its the best product i ever used.
