pretty simple question can anyone explain some ab work that doesnt put strain on your back? im getting to the lower bodyfat stage again where my abs will start to become visible so im starting ab work but every ab exercise i know puts strain on my back. not only is it uncomfortable but i cant see that it will be good for it in the long run either. also are abs trained in the low rep ranges or are they like calves and forearms where you need to have higher rep ranges to force them to grow?
