Abs are weird as hell !

I don't understand anything, I think I should go visit a doctor or something. One day my abs show through even without tensing anything up. Then let's say two days later they won't anymore. Then two days after that, they will show again ... wtffffff ? I think the mirror is fvcking with my head or something.

are u sure they're not just disappearing because you've been eating or drinking?

Just eat healthy and you won't get any problems with your abs.

Do more cardio and you won't have any problems.

I don't know anything about your diet, but my guess would be you've been eating something that makes you retain water more, i.e. bloating. When I eat a bunch of candy I look really fat for a day or so, then it goes away.

Ok I'll look into that. But I don't see me eating irregular every two days though, but could be the water stuff. But hey they say to drink loads of it as it helps repower your muscles..

It most likely is that water thing, plus you probably have a good but not perfect definition (bodyfat percentage). Its the same with me. Sometimes my abs look pretty good and sometimes after eating or drinking a lot etc. they dont look that good to me anymore. Im pretty sure its just the retained water too in your case.

And yes you should drink lots of water, but I think if u drink lots of water it doesnt really get stored but goes out again right away...and helps keep your system (and piss) clear. If you eat lots of dairy products for example more water will be stored in your body, etc.

(Correctm e if im wrong cause im not completely sure about everything i wrote myself lol)

Carb overload, and/or water retention. Plus the fact that you may have eaten alot of protein which enlarges your stomach.

Well yeah of course carb + proteines .. isn't that what we're supposed to eat to get the muscles pumping ?

Well to get the muscles pumped, you have to put strain on them from weightlifting. However for definition, that would be from holding alot less water and not overloading on carbs.
