This is probably gonna be a stupid question. I thought bodybuilding, with sets alot of guys at my gym do a 12-10-8 system and add a little more weight for each set.
Now All I do is 3 x 8 system. Which is better, I thought with bodybuilding you increase weights and lower the reps for each set??? I just keep the weight the same throughout all sets?
