There's a girl, and she get's it across to you that she is living this perfect life. Lot's of friends, social life is so booked she never has any free time, etc. While you're with her you begin to feel insecure, and like you're not doing enough. You have your friends and social circles sure, but compared to hers it seems like your life is lacking. The truth is it's all an illusion.
I realized it when typing up another thread, this is a toxic trait that's growing. She'll show you or have her contact list on her phone visible, you'll see it's full of people and think "WOW look at how many friends she has" but the reality of it is the vast majority of them are strangers to the girl. Modern women will give out their phone numbers to people they literally had one short conversation with. The girl will try to show off her Facebook friends and Twitter followers to show how popular she is, and you know just like I do the majority of them are strangers.
They'll also start to shame people, and will tell you who's "weird" and will behave with an attitude that their opinions are more important than anyone else's. When the relationship starts to crumble, she'll try to shame you for living your life the way you do. That's where they try to trap you. She wants you to feel insecure about your life, and like if you walk away you'd be a loser. You can't buy into the garbage.
As I already mentioned most of her "friends" on her phone and on social media are practically strangers to her, and the rest of them are usually s**t starting, *****es if the girl is of this type. So it's clear she isn't living this perfect life she tries to convince you she's living, and her social life isn't what she wants you to think it is.
A good example of this is my ex who had me in this trap. I saw her recently sitting by herself in a car pretending to text, and then when she saw me wanted my attention  Whenever I see her out she's always by herself, not that there's anything wrong with flying solo. But the point is she acted like her life was so full of friends, meanwhile she just loiters in parking lots, and doesn't seem to do much with anyone at all.
Hopefully this will open some peoples eyes.
Rock on
