so i go to this dead bar with nice cute bartenders. This old chick manager mid-40's told me where she lived when i went to the bar earlier 6-12 months ago. So im thinkin ill speak with her for a while and from there end up at her place. I go there and she is on the side looking bored. I drink up go to her we start talking. She says she thought it was me but was not sure. Nothing big happened, but later on i learn that dead bar turns out to be a dance floor during midnight. I wait and see and girls start packing up. There were all girls in the dance floor, and 3-4 guys besides me waiting to hit the dance floor. Since the club is playing salsa music i didnt hit the dance floor at that moment. All of a sudden the start playing reggaeton. I ask 4 ladies individually would u like to dance and they say not right now. Later on the girls i asked start dancing with there girl friends. So im thinking 20-25 girls in the room dancing with themselves, only one guy on the dance floor dancing, all the other 3 guys are just staring at the girls. I just hit the dance floor do my thing and leave. Asking a girl would u like to dance and they say not right now means they are not interested. Any tips on what to say or do and they will be interested???

Instead of the conversation going like this,

You: "Do you want to dance?" or "Would you like to dance?"
Her: "Yes" or "No" or "maybe later".

Try,

You: "Hey, do you know how to dance?"
Her: "Yes"
Smile, take her by the hand
You: "Good, show me." or "Okay, prove it."
Lead her to the dancefloor.

Asking a woman if she "wants" to do something is futile. Most of the time they haven't a clue what they really want anyway.

However we know most certainly that women want confidence, charm, and to be shown a good/fun time.

Don't ask. Lead the way.

I agree with slickster. Most women go out to have a good time. Try the DJ Bible. I believe there are several articles that deal with the club experience.
