a little help here.....asking her out

Okay she's in her 30s and I'm in my 26 yr I met her at a club last friday and talked for like an hour.

a)when should I set up the date for ? WHen should I call her I don't want her to forget me, or things to cool down so I m thinking tues. or wednesday. I want to strike while I'm still fresh in her mind.



b) Is it okay to just ask her what date is best for her ??.
c) IS it okay to ask her where she wants to go?I don't want to waist time = boring = dull experience.
.. but just going to an expensive restaurant seems boring to me as we'll do there is talk and we've already talked .moneys not an issue, I guess go shopping is my best guess and/or drive around in my car...

so far all we've talked about was serious stuff, I should try to be more light, positive and make her laugh more.. so I guess just try for both of us to have a good time, I dont think she wants to keep talking serious stuff or she'll get bored, otherwise she'll think I have no personality and dont want to be so dull . And Suggestions ?

b) No - take charge.
c) No - make a couple suggestions if you want but don't ask her what she wants to do... Take her along for something fun that you do in your life.

You show signs of being a nice guy, which conventional wisdom says is not good for dealing with women. Put some effort into being a self-centered s.o.b., or at least thinking like one, and the balance you strike between nice guy and jerk will be closer to the correct one.
