This is something that a lot of guys might not recognize but it's happened to me 3 times in my life and all 3 times within a few weeks the relationship was over.
And that is when a woman tells you some version of "I woke up feeling very lonely today" or "I have been feeling very lonely lately".
And the reason she is feeling lonely is that in her mind she is already grieving the breakup as if it's already happened and she is processing it even though you are technically still together and she might even still be seeing you in person.
However even if she is, her behavior will likely be cold and distant and she might be acting checked out and uninterested in any type of physical contact or sex. In her mind it's over she just hasn't told you about it yet.
Do yourself a favor and break up with her first.
