Well, I have a few questions about improving my health, that if I knew the solutions to, would probably make my body feel a whole lot better.

1. How do you relieve stomach pains and what causes them anyway?
Sometimes I get random stomachaches and no I don't know why, what I mean by random stomachaches, is that they don't occur at a specific time, but they occur randomly(Once I had one of these stomach aches when I was randomly walking around in my room, and another time I just woke up with a really bad pain in my stomach). I don't know where exactly it is the stomach pains occur, but it's usually in the lower part of my stomach. If I where to describe how it feels, it's basically just a really bad pain in my stomach, that makes me feel like I have to go to the bathroom, and it comes and goes randomly.

2. How do I prevent headaches?
Sometimes randomly I'll just start getting headaches, and I want to know, what causes headaches and how can you prevent them? Thanks in advance.

3. How do you prevent colds? How avoid getting allergies?
Pretty self-explanatory, how do you prevent colds, and how do you prevent your allergies from acting up? During spring, there seems to be something in the air that makes my allergies act up, and I always end up getting sick.

4. Is there something wrong with my brain or is this normal and if this is normal, how can I improve on it? Also, do you guys think I have a mental disease?
I think there's something wrong with my brain, seriously, there are times when certain areas of my brain feel strained and blocked off, I think in third person, and I have a hard listening to people. I honestly just think that there's something wrong with it, I can do the work that everyone else does, but like I stated before, sometimes areas of my brain just feel strained or blocked off or numb, like I need to knock my head, to get them going again.

1. Tums should stop them temporarily. However, soundls like an appendex thing... you should talk to a doctor.

2. Tylenol.
Drinking a lot of water also seems to help prevent head aches for me.

3. a) Can't really prevent allergies... try Reactin.
b) As for colds, get a lot of exercise, eat healthy and go outside. Since I started eating healthy I haven't gotten sick. (5 months) If you do get a cold, drink a lot of water.

4. Talk to a doctor/psychiatrist, noone on this forum has the ability to assess you.
