People react differently to different types of cardio, but I think fast cardio is better for people who have a lot of fat to lose and slow cardio is better for people who just need to drop a few pounds and look a little more ripped.

From my experience fast cardio is more catabolic.

once again if you actually look at the pics you will see most were already pretty lean. Especially the martial artists. There is also a bodybulder as well.


zhen...if you know how to eat right it is not catabolic at all. That is the biggest key.

Actually, about 90% look great. Depends upon ones goals and genetics. After a lifetime of eatting bad..you can only do so much without surgery.

Genetics plays alot upon what you look like. Different levels of fat cells etc. Take a human phys/anatomy class and you will learn all about that.
