Sup guys my workouts are going good. I have a question. Is it ok if i eat like a lot of meals in days? For example ill eat like 8am---- then 9:am then like 10:30am---11:00 am---1:30pm, and so on. Its not really in a order, but i eat frequently. I dont eat 6 meals because even though i eat "small meals" it still fills me up sort of fast. Tell me if this is alright.

P.S--i still eat the amount of protein i need to have for muscle repair/growth.

eat every 3 hours to avoid your body storing fat (or something) and to feed your muscles.

put it this way: 7 - 10 meals are much better than 3 - 4 for muscle growth.

I believe what you are doing is better than eating 6 meals a day. Im not an expert, but I was under the impression that ideally a person should have a continous supply of food, so thats why they suggest eating 6 small meals is better than eating 3 big meals. As silver said, this is to avoid storing fat....so eating 10 meals is even closer to a completely continous supply of food, which i would think is even better than 6 meals. This is assuming you are eating healthy foods, and not junk food of course.

Just wondering, how do you find time to be eating so many meals?

It is good to eat several smaller meals, because humans have spent more time as hunter-gatherers, 100,000+ years, and relatively little time as farmers, only the last 10,000 years or so. Hunter-gatherers walk and nibble.

It depends how long it takes to digest your last meal. The human stomach digests and empties every 2-3 hours for a normal person. If you have really strong stomach juices and can process a meal very quickly then go for it, othewise you will be dumping a new meal over an existing digesting meal and well.... that's not good.

Have fun spending a lot of time on the can .

Yes. If you eat 3-4 big meals it takes longer to break down.

Why isn't it good?

The more meals you give yourself the better. Also, the more your body is being forced to digest the moer effcient it will become, and so it will become faster. Which brings a whole lot of more results.

I recently went to a seminar with Mr natural australia, and he was eating anywhere between 13 and 15 meals a day.

Depends on what kind of meal. If he was drinking LIQUID shakes and stuff or taking DIGESTIVE ENZYMES, then maybe. Liquid meals get absorbed so fast its like you ate nothing.

Eat 3 meals a day for a week, then 4 meals a day for a week, and so on. If you just jump into 10 meals, you will fail.

Go ahead and try your plan. If it works I congrajulate you. I've encountered problems with appetite when eating a meal before the previous has been digested. It doesn't sit very well and you feel like ****.

If any of you guys want to try constantly feeding your muscles it's called an IV. Use it.

Care to explain your point properly instead of coming out with 'wiseguy' comments?

I've got an IV protein drip strapped to my back at all times. It's kinda awkward when sleeping and during sexual acts, but perseverence is a good thing.

I would think as long as your not eating more calories then you can burn before the next meal you are fine.
