My first post. I'm a 29y/o guy who started working out this year and went from 130lb to 145lb at ~11% body fat. But, I havnt seen much more success in dating. I know that 130lb is too skinny, but is 145lb also too skinny? What ideal body weight range should I aspire to look good but not too bulky?
