I've heard of people doing this, using half or 1/4 bottle of 5 hour energy as a workout supplement. Thoughts?

Also, what's the reasoning for not drink milk, and drinking almond or soy or something instead?

I've drank 5-Hour energies before my workout or maybe a little coffee to to wake me up and get focused. I don't like being tired and trying to train hard. I havent had any negative effects.. I guess you just dont want to be bouncing off the walls with energy and loose your form or try to over-due something.

As far as milk goes... Theres nothing wrong with drinking it. Some guys may choose soy or almond for personal preference, diet or health reasons.

I don't see any problem in taking the 5-hour shot preworkout or even during your workout just like other stimulants.

ya, i suppose it's mostly b-vitamins and would give you an energy boost.

Nothing wrong with taking a stimulant before a workout. The problem with 5 Hour Energy is that they are expensive. You would save a lot of money by opting for Crystal Light Energy packets or something similar.

Just because a woman listens to you and acts interested in what you say doesn't mean she really is. She might just be acting polite, while silently wishing that the date would hurry up and end, or that you would go away... and never come back.

Caffeine is has a five hour half-life, which is why this drink gives you five hours of energy. It's fine to use but you'd also do just as well to drink coffee.
