Post nup seems to be another word for divorce settlement.

The bitch should just get a job.

A Post-Nuptial is an agreement signed after the contract has been signed.

Its pretty much a sign of failure or unexpected success with suspicious undertones.

This ***** needs to be sent to Somalia.

Post-nup is like a separation agreement before deciding to get divorced. It's a new fad couples are doing if they're not sure where things are going, or just want security for down the road. You do it when things are good so you can see things clearly and take into account assets and whatnot that were attained while married. Basically think of it just like a pre-nup, just it's made after getting married.

I agree with one of the above posters though: She should just get a job and be thankful the guy agreed to give her a dime to begin with. Any prenups I ever sign (if I get married) will result in no alimony or support whatsoever. If a woman is that bad off she can't make her own way in life she's not good enough for me. I already have one child and I don't need to support a second one.

Just because a woman listens to you and acts interested in what you say doesn't mean she really is. She might just be acting polite, while silently wishing that the date would hurry up and end, or that you would go away... and never come back.

Dancing with the Devil by the pale moonlight.
Yes it is fucking preposterous.

Also among her weekly expenses: $700 for limousine service, $4,500 for clothes, $1,000 for hair and skin treatments, $1,500 for restaurants and entertainment, and $8,000 for travel.

You can't avoid child support.

Last time I got married, I had my then fiance sign a pre nup that basically stated "what I earn is mine, and what you earn is yours". Her GIRL friends urged her not to sign it, but she was in love and she did. Honestly, women ought to see pre nups as being VERY romantic, because it means she's marrying for love, not money. But nooooo, those women saw it as me being selfish.

But like my attorney told me at the time, "you can always give your wife things". Right. You can always give a woman gifts of cash or whatever throughout your days together. You can provide for her in your Will (along with the stipulation that you're still married and not divorcing at the time of death), so why automatically give away 50% of future earnings and increases in assets if you really must get married at all?

Along those lines, make it a point to keep your own separate bank account so that your monies NEVER get co-mingled. If you have a history of putting your earnings into a joint account, the courts will see those funds as belonging to both of you.

That goldigger in the article is just going after whatever she can legally get. We need more Guy Ritchies to happen to balance things out enough where women's groups will lobby to change the divorce laws. If ever.

This wife thing sounds too good to be true. Where can I get one?

One thing I have learned about women and even people in general, is that to a lot of people your friendship/relationship has a price. As soon as that monetary mark is crossed they will cash in the chips and never look back. Whether they borrow money they can't pay back and proceed to avoid you forever, or if they outright steal it from you because you trusted them, more people than you would care to realize would not hesitate to eliminate you from their life if the pot gets big enough.

With friendships it not as bad because even smart mofo's are guilty of trusting too much sometimes, but most people never hit a high enough dollar amount with friends. With women the courts hand them a blank check as soon as you say "I do", and it is perfectly legal AND socially acceptable for them to cash it whenever they feel so inclined.

If that isn't incentive for a woman to actually WANT to leave your ass, i don't know what is. Romantic love? Hah! Only when you got nuthin'.

my uncle got screwed in the UK, I guess you don't even need to get married there.. the ***** can move in a live with you for awhile and bam.. she is entitled to half of the residence..

uncle had a nice house in the English country side.. and when the woman hit the requisite number of years she cashed in and moved on... taking a car as well.. all she did was decorate it with his money... and she got half...

I think i would of had her assassinated..

That's why you look for true loyalty in friendships. I know I have a core group of guys who are truly loyal and won't sell out.

Now, the question is, can you ever get true loyalty from a GIRL? Where if you were to go into divorce proceedings, she wouldn't milk it for all it's worth and take you to the cleaners? Are there girls who are 'reasonable' and only take what they need, and won't scatch and claw for every last penny?

I'm sure there are some, but they are in the minority.

That's why it's difficult for me to consider marriage in the US. All our DJ skills cannot save us from the biased marriage laws that favor women (prenup won't necessarily save you, a judge can rule it to be 'unfair', how BS is that). All I'm asking is that the laws not be designed where girls can totally destroy us. Until that changes, I refuse to get married in the US.
