so then im wondering how its possible to run like a 4.3 thats what confuses me with speed i dont think someone could be that much faster than me
Go look at Steve Smith's calves,that can do A LOT of different things as soon as he catches the ball do to his burst off the line.
Calves have almost nothing to do with 40 yard dash times, don't give advice if you don't know what you're talking about. Sprinting (and the vertical jump) is all about the posterior chain, especially the hamstrings. Do a lot of squatting, deadlifting, glute ham raises, pull throughs, reverse hypers if possible, and hip mobility/flexibility drills. Cleans are an excellent lift for explosiveness as well, but doing deep, dynamic effort squats will also make you explosive, there is nothing supernatural about olympic lifts, so don't freak out if you have a hard time learning them.
