Boys,
I am currently on Anthony Ellis's WO program for skinny guys ... It comes with a program tracker which automatically generates meals following your BF%/weight/ etc.. So I'm supposed to be eating 4 whole eggs a day during one of my meals, and people at the gym freak out when I talk them that, they tell me I should only eat the whites, because of the saturated fats and the arachidonic acid contained in the yolks....Well I get different opinions on the question, in general.
What do you guys think ?
