During the school year i tried my best to maintain a solid 3 day split, seperating BP, Squats, And Deads. Now that school is coming to an end for me, i was considering bumping it up to a 4 day split. Is there any advantages to a 4 day split vs a 3? Also what exercises would you recommend on the extra day. MY current split loooks like this:
Mon: Lower Body, Abs
Wed: Chest, Tris, Shoulders
Fri Back Bi's
Mon: Lower Body, Abs
Wed: Chest, Tris, Shoulders
