Hey guys. Well here's my problem. I was recently divorced and now I have to get back into the dating thing at 33. I was never very good at it to begin with though so I'm trying to learn as much as I can. I've been working out, eating right, and doing a lot of reading here and elsewhere. But reading about talking to girls is not the same as actually talking to girls! The problem is I now have a headful of theory and no place to practice it.
You see I live in a real rural area. There is not a lot of women here. I'm trying bars once or twice a week and checkin' out bookstores and coffee shops but the pickin's are slim! I'm keeping a positive outlook though. I'm having pretty good luck just having girls start talking to me (even if they aren't great looking). It's still good for the self-esteem and good practice.
Another problem is that I don't have any close friends near me (southern WV) So I don't have wingman! So two questions:

1) Where are some other places to get the ball rolling?

2) Any tips for going out solo? I just don't want to look like the "Crazed Loner".

Thanks doods!

I just "started over" myself. My successes have been solo outings, I've had zero successes with my wing. Don't put too much value on a wing.

I moved to a new town with very few options. I suggest a local bar scene. Establish yourself with guys to hang out with when you see them there again. Then, when hotties come in, you can open them and return to hanging with local dudes if the set blows out.

Once you get into the swing of things, spread out to other venues and approach during the day during errands and such.

I am in a similar situation but have the good fortune of having a university nearby. Although not within a practical distance for everyone, your nearest university will draw people from far away. I do a lot better with international students than I do the local Pontiac-driving redneck girls.

I would move to a better area, if not a city centre, some where near your friends, or persuade your friends to move with you to a city centre........whats keeping you there?

Peace and Quiet

If you currently have too many women chasing you, calling you, harassing you, knocking on your door at 2 o'clock in the morning... then I have the simple solution for you.

Just read my free ebook 22 Rules for Massive Success With Women and do the opposite of what I recommend.

This will quickly drive all women away from you.

And you will be able to relax and to live your life in peace and quiet.

Second that on the getting out of the rural area.

There's nothing like living in the city. You're 33, not 63.

Is it a job keeping you out there, or what?

Yeah I have a great job and my family is here. Plus if I were to move, then I'd really have no wingmen! Talk about starting over!

**** your job, how good can it be!? i'm sure there are hundreds more jobs in the same line of work near a city.

I'm planning on moving in a few months because i'm bored with the area and have to travel miles to see my friends or a remotely attractive female.

I like my job too but I know there are more in the city with a higher salary too. Just need to pay off these damn debts then i am outta here!
