I actually found this article on an entrepenuer website and it's slightly geared towards budding entrepeneurs but a lot of what is mentioned would help a lot with becoming a DJ, and many of the points have been posted alone on these forums.

so i thought i'd pass this along as it may help some.

Those are pretty good. The explanations don't help much because they are geared toward entreprneuers, but the basic points are pretty good.
