I'm calling this thirty days of self control. It is loosely based off of the book 30 Days of discipline.

http://30daysofdiscipline.info/
If you want to buy the book.

I first heard about in this book on the blog GLL (Good Looking Loser) http://www.gll-getalife.com/30-days-of-discipline/ (The article if you want to read it)

My personal list for the next 30 days is as follows.

1. Clean Environment (My apartment)

2. Run Run (3+Miles) or swim twice a week.

3. Read the good book every morning.

4. Meet all of my food requirements. (I'm getting into lifting, starting now. Looking to put on muscle)
I currently weigh 153-160 lbs. (depending on water)
Water 75+ G / Day
Protein 180G ish / Day
Fats 62-120 G / Day
Carbs 450-650 G / Day
Calories 2700 - 3000 calories / Day

I'm using a formula I found on bodybuilding.com,
http://forum.bodybuilding.com/showthread.php?t=121703981

5. No Fap.-- Need I say more?

6. Make Bed every day.

7. I'm currently taking four college courses. I'm right on the borderline of making A's in each of my classes. The semester will be ending during the next thirty days and my goal is to make A's in 2/4 Classes.

8. Apply for scholarships for next semester

9. I'm only allowed to be on the internet on sunday nights other than for school work.

10. Constantly being in the process of reading at least one book other than the bible.

11. Keep laundry caught up.

12. Don't be late to a single class or day of work,

13. Lift like crazy.

14. Awake on school mornings by 6:30 AM
Non school mornings by 7:30 AM

15. Only consume H20. No Cigarettes or alcohol in the next 30 days.
(This one will be hard)

I will be keeping track of my progress offline in a word document so that I don't spend time on the internet
aside from school I will post my results 31 Days from now at the end of this year.
I may do a brief update every Sunday night.

ok bro thats good that you are doing this but just one thing on the nutrition side of things....

Protein 1gm = 4kcal ...180gm = 720kcal
fat 1gm = 9kcal ...120gm = 1080kcal
carb 1gm = 4kcal ...650gm = 2600kcal

so all up that is 4400kcal

I been nofap for 32 days now (since Nov. 1). The first 20 days I did not even have sex. But I have a gf, so I gave in and now i bang her, but only on the weekends, so I'm not sure if this is affecting the effects of nofap in any way.
Nofap is hard to accomplish, most people give in after the second week. The trick to making it is learning your triggers and educating yourself on the subject, since there are many side effects and even withdrawal symptoms that will come up.

Anyways, good luck on your 30 days.

I went the whole 90 days without fapping, you guys just have a strong addiction to masterbating.

I might start no fapping today, and do the whole entire year of 2014 of never fapping.

Update*

Yeah I suck at nofap, not going to deny it. I'm back on like day 3 I think of no fap but I made A's in all four of my classes. Big accomplishment.

I wasn't able to do this completely but I made a lot of improvements in my life by trying this. The main thing I learned is that you have to go out there and live your life, get off of sosuave! I read a post on returnofkings.com a while back talking about how you need to fail to improve and I completely agree, go out there and try everything, meet everyone and improve yourself and watch how much better life gets.

Id be interested in hearing more details. Which goals above did you struggle with the most and why? What barriers arose as the days went on? Did they compound upon one another? For instance did doing the others get harder if you let just one of the goals slip for the day.

I myself have a notebook with both short term and long term goals. Also have a "daily task list" of things that I need to try to do on a daily basis which is very similar to yours above.

No the real key to success of no fap is staying busy and stop counting days.

I don't really care about no fap.

If a year from now I am jacked, financially stable, living a productive life, and

happy, then why the hell would I care if I'm jacking it every dang night? I

understand you can "desensitize" your body and cause porn induced ED but I

think that refers more to people that are jacking it a lot.

A bit of advice, the huge font is difficult to read. I had to glance over it to not get a headache.

I respect your trying to improve yourself. I've been in the same position many times. I have a weird personality; I give up things I enjoy, just to prove to myself that I can. I like not being dependent on anything. To add it all up, at different points in my life, I've given up masturbation, fast food, tobacco, booze and caffeine. And that was just to prove to myself that I could.

As men, I don't think we should be dependent on anything. Sure, we all have things that we enjoy, but the ability to give those luxuries up and still get by says a sh1t load about your character. How little can you get by on?

I recently had to stop lifting weights due to financial constraints. It was extremely difficult at first (lifting was my only real hobby), but I adjusted to what was happening, and I made the best of it. Now, I'm coming out of it, and I feel like a better man for it. I overcame something new that threatened my perception of reality.

Last point here. I've found over the years that when I'm setting personal goals, I respond much better to the short-term variety. When you have a multitude of long-term goals, it's too easy to lose focus. Make a point to think about the day to day grind. What are you going to accomplish today - a new personal best in your weight lift/ run? Are you going to approach X number of girls today? Etc..

Take a deep breath. Recognize that you're alive. In this moment, what can you accomplish?

Id kill myself if I ever stopped lifting.

Life is good guys.

Biggest changes since I posted this:

Instead of getting 2/4 A's that semester I finished with 4/4 A's! Just got accepted to Georgia Tech and I will be attending in the spring. I had a couple of random injuries and didn't stay focused in the gym the past year. I'm almost the exact same size, but I haven't put on any fat. I suck at nofap, I think my highest streak was like 20 days. Currently in a one year relationship, although I know that AWALT when it comes to certain tendencies I believe that as long as I remain a don juan in the way I treat her, she will continue to treat me like her king.
