3 Day Split 5x5 Workout - Help?

Hi guys, im on the skinnyguy programme but i think ive reached a plateau.

Anyone recommend a 3 day 5x5 workout?

Bear in mind that my equip is:

Incline/Flat Bench

Barbell Weights

Barbell

EZ Curl Bar

Dip Station

Dumbells

Lat Bar Pulldown

Tricep Bar

Eat

Sleep

This routine is a bit complicated, but it does work.

Hmm a bit sarcastic there Alpine... :D

Nah theres not enough excercises in ur plan, im currently doing about 15 excercises during the week on skinnyguy. any help?

You need to try out what exercises you like best. I will name a few of my favorites with that equipment though:

Dips (Weighted)
Squat
Bench
DB press
DB fly
DB row
Lunges
Calf Raises (BB on sholders, or DB in hand)
Lat pulldowns
Skull crushers/Head Knockers (Same thing, but the second name is funny :p)

Those are my favorite. If you have hit a plataeu, I would try switching up what you use (DB instead of BB, or the other way around) taking a break, or working the area indirectly for a little bit IE instead of hitting chest directly with flies, hit indirectly it with dips. Switch up orders, or try a change in your diet and more sleep (You can never have too much sleep :p ), change number of reps and sets, there are tons of things you can do to break a plateau.

You certainly won't be impressed with my current routine then.

2 sets of 3 reps Deadlift.

2 sets of 3 reps one arm barbell press.

done at only 85-90% of 3 rep max weight

done 4-5 days a week.

This is a power routine so you won't get big on it, but the strength gain is amazing. From here you can bulk with a much higher poundage when you come off this cycle.
