Im only 17 and I dont even have a job yet, I will soon though. But even so, how do you guys who eat 3-4k calories a day afford to do it EVERY SINGLE DAY?? Thats a LOT of food which means a LOT of money. I want to start lifting and bulk up using EFFORT's routine or rippetoe w/e. Im about 5' 8" and I fluctuate from 150-155 from time to time. How much do I really need to be eating since I am just starting out? I can't afford to eat 3k calories everyday. Help pls?
