It may not be a great setting, but the question is still a serious one.
I would be interested in hearing the answer... Grab her hand? Hold out yours for her to grab? Crook your arm for her to hold it? The last one seems possibly the easiest and most likely to work if its only second date, I'm in the same situation though. Cept of course I won't be going to a mall... Movie, dinner or both probably.
