Cheers buddy!

Been a bit lax on my log this week, but have hit all bodyparts nicely.

I'm going to be hypertrophy training for a few months now, I've enjoyed the high intensity immensely, but I'm not as aesthetic as I like to be in the summer. So hypertrophy all the way up to cutting season. :)

Yeah good man. It's been all time under tension and volume density to be honest nothing to write about. Just a few months of hypertrophy then we shall see what the summer brings.

Squat 145 kg
Frontsquat 135kg
Deadlift 220kg
Bench 140kg

I can stick hypertrophy training as long as I keep the strength on these figures :)

135kg x 1 clean - nice haven't been near max in a while, but shoulders and elbows are now fully healed

100kg x 3 then another x 3 in quick succession with long pauses - I pressed when my buddy called it - good bloody effort!

Cable Fly

then dropset to failure for another 3 sets starting at 36 and squeezing all effort out

triceps for a few sets and then dropsets x 2 - totally badass pump

thirty second rest then
91kg x 5 dropset!!! 70kg x 3

pushups
set 1 - 1 pushup :crackup: :crackup: :crackup: I was totally fvcked
set 2 - 25 pushups
set 3 - 20 pushups

Leg day - new routine and its so much fun!

I invite you all to try it out!

Frontsquat x 5 followed by backsquat x 5 - no rest

bar x5 front
bar x5 back

40kg x5 front
40kg x5 back

60kg x5 front
60kg x5 back

80kg x5 front
80kg x5 back

100kg x 5 front - buddy wanted to use the rack so i took a rest here while he did a set
100kg x 5 back - same rest again

120kg x 2 front - goddamn demanding! 2 minute rest
120kg x 5 back - proper grind! 2 minute rest

90kg backsquat x 6

seated calves x 3 sets
standing calves x 5 sets (better exercise of the two IMO)

unilateral leg exts to finish off the quads with a pump - 5 sets 12 each leg

yesterday I hit it twice - shoulders then chest in the evening

today was leg pump day

backsquat
10 x 40kg
10 x 60kg
10 x 80kg
10 x 100kg
6 x 120kg

very short rests

calves

3 sets of 20reps - decent pump
very short rest

leg press
93kg x 20 reps - 3 sets.

again very short rest, got that good pain

quads all swole up - WTF (wheres the food?!)

Haha yeah that's the plan in a couple of weeks stiggy - I do sets of 20 sometimes and they hurt so bad!
