What do you mean?

A sample of a DC 20 rep squat workout? Or just a solid workout with a widowmaker in it?

I did fairly well with 20 reppers using the main workout in the sticky.

cheers

Aye it was interesting Espi, though the diet was staggeringly low in protein while being high in milk.

Breakfast
4 eggs 24g protein
2 slices of toast
1 glass of milk 8g protein

Snack
Bran Muffin
1 glass of milk 8g protein

Lunch
Sandwich (i.e. meat, cheese, tuna fish, etc.) 25g protein
piece of fruit
1 glass of milk 8g protein

Snack
Granola bar
Slice of cheese
1 glass of milk 8g protein

Supper
Meat (i.e. chicken, beef, pork, etc.) 50g protein
Pasta, Rice, or Potatoes
Cup of veggies
1 glass of milk 8g protein

Snack
2 slices of toast
1 glass of milk 8g protein
125g protein, with almost half coming from milk...

Article was great, but the diet is mediocre and wouldn't be good for anyone with a little lactose intolerance. Would be better off with 1-2lbs of red meat and 12-24 eggs, save the milk for the cats.

LOL...yeah, that diet advice is whack...I have no idea how people can recommend such minimal nutrients for musclebuilding...it seems like most of the articles I read about nutrition rarely recommend suffcient caloric intake...

The article is interesting...especially the part about the pullovers...I've read a few articles stating that squats and pullovers should be worked as a superset...but I'm not sure I could drink that much freaking milk.

Me neither, maybe they have chemicals to go along with it. But your right a lot of nutrition advice really sucks which is a shame since nutrition is such a make it or break it part of the equation. The pull-overs really do stretch the ribcage out which make for a deeper bigger looking chest, along with all the food, squats, dips and pull ups...really make for a different looking person in the time frame. I with you on the milk drinking a gallon + daily isn't something my body could handle.

Oh man...the supersquats. What a painful but fun memory. I drank about 1/2-2/3 of milk a day. I started early on in the morning to fit all the food. That and EFFORT had me eating a pound of beef with two of my meals for a couple weeks which was just dandy. Lets not forget the 12 eggs, vegges, and tunashake I had to shove down (yes i did tuna shakes!)

I really have to agree though, after supersquats I added a lot of weight and looked a HECK of a LOT bigger. Especially in the chest where I really needed. THe only problem I had was keeping my fat in check towards the end. If you don't do your cardio, that fat piled on me because of the carbs.

tuna shakes dont sound bad lol (Im a fan of tuna)

Stallion go ahead PM me what you ate along with suggestions on what to eat. I'll leave the cardio up to EFFORT.
The funniest thing came to mind after taking a dump yesterday from the milk. I'm flushing the toilet thinking ''this really isn't that bad". Then another thought hit me "This isn't even the start of it". Scary but funny lol
