'Ello!

Well, starting this monday, I have a 2 week vacation (YAY!), longest vacation I've had in the last 5 years or so.

And I thought to myself, why not create a new habit at working out. when I work, I'm usually too tired to bother, but, If I make it a habit now, maybe I'll do it out of routine..

The plan:

Do 50 push ups
Do 100 sit ups
Do 3 x 7-8 reps with the weights, (training biceps and triceps).
2x 1 minute sitting with my back against the wall, with the legs in a 90 degree angle. (basicly, like sitting in a chair, without a chair...)

3 times a day, morning, when I'd usually get back from work, and before going to bed.

I have a busted left foot, so running/biking and that kinda stuff is out of the question.

Question is, will this do any good??

**** yeah it will do good! Push ups might be hard with a busted foot but you can still put your knees up on an elevated surface to compensate. You'll have alot more energy as your body adapts to the increased workout load. Good luck.

what do you mean with will this do any good?of course it's better than nothing but it will not at all give the same results as a fullbody workout with weights.
