Ok here is what I do, I make the noodles which are so convenient. I also have a can of chick peas and a can of corn. I add maybe ¼ of each can and then I have myself a meal.
I like it so much but I can’t help but feel guilty because even though the noodles say wheat flour it still seems heavily processed. Also I have no idea what’s in the seasoning packages.

In terms of bulking one noodle pack a day is ok or it has too go? Or maybe I’m just paranoid and its ok all together

Eat a can of tuna instead over some lettuce. Takes the same amount of time to prepare. All thats in those noodles is sodium and crap you already get in the rest of your meals. They have no nutritional value.

I wasnt sure if he had time for some stringbeans added in. :D

Buy some spices too. Tuna gets old after a while and some lemon pepper or hot sauce is needed to make it go down the hatch.

Yah I knew they couldn’t be good for me and I wasn’t eating them to bulk just because I like them. When you looking forward to instant noodles your diet aint too taste friendly. I’ll cut the noddles now that I know what’s in them.

If ya gonna eat noodles stay away from those instant ones. Go for the egg noodles. You get some protein from that, Duh.
