First a quick question about deadlifts. When you do your set, do you put the bar properly down on the floor between each rep or keep it just off the floor to keep all the muscles engaged?

Secondly, how can I increase pectoral mass? I do bench press, dips and Flys but I never see any increase. What do you do to increase Pec mass?

Try incline bench and focus really hard on contracting your pecs when doing flys

You always have to keep your muscles engaged. Constant pressure/tension each rep. Focus on contraction.

You need to bring the bar all the way down, but keep it just off the floor. Make sure your glutes are out.

how can I increase pectoral mass?

Are those all the exercises you do? How many sets? How many reps? How long are your rest periods?

Dumbbell Presses are something to incorporate, if you want to try something different to the bench press. Inclined or declined DB Press.

Have you tried cable flies? Hammer press machines?

As far as deadlifts, I personally set the bar down between each rep and reset form. I dont believe in "touch n' go".
