I started working out seriously in April 2005 and I weighed around 135 lbs. I reached 145 lbs in june, thanks to lots of extremely expensive bars which contained creatine and glutamine, beside a big amount of proteins. Unfortunately, my body couldn't take it and in June I had a severe attack of diarrhea (pardonnez-moi le français) and in a couple of days I lost all the water weight, getting back down to 135 again.
I started again in September and I'm now a solid 155 lbs at 5'9. I'm really happy with my upperbody size and everybody compliments on it. People who haven't seen me for 6 months are really surprised when they see me.
Anyway, my legs really lack size and they are EXTREMELY skinny, so I want to put some other mass on.

I'd like to get to 165 as soon as possible... If I could make it before Christmas Break, I would be extremely happy...

I don't have a gym membership, but at home I've got a bench with a small rack, a straight barbell, a EZ barbell, 2 dumbells and lots of weights.

My idea was to have such a workout:

TUESDAY
Squat 5x10
Bench Press 3x5
Good Mornings 3x5 OR Upright Rows 5x10

WEDNESDAY
Muay Thai Training (no lifting)

THURSDAY
Squat 5x10
Military Presses 3x5
Barbell Rows 5x10

FRIDAY
Kickboxing Training (no lifting)

SATURDAY
Off

SUNDAY
Off

MONDAY
Off

I don't do Deadlifts, since I can't seem to figure out the correct form

Is this good to gain 10 lbs in 40 days, provided that I eat enough?

10lbs in 40 days is possible in general. Whether it's possible for your genetics with your diet and training routine is quite another matter.

You'll just have to try it and see. I don't like your routine though.

Work out how to do deadlifts and start squatting with some heavy weight would be a good start..

on the deadlifts, i'll try and do it... what would be a good weight to start with?
regarding the squats, today i managed to lift 155 lbs for 8 reps and my spine didn't hurt too much.

where should i add the deadlifts?
what other exercises do you think i should do?

Given your current weight, I'd just say eat your arse off and do a basic squat/bench/deadlift routine. No need for anything fancy, just progression in compound movements and boatloads of food.
