125lb 6ft and need a routine

ok so i have no gym equipment only 15 lb dun bells im 125lb and 6ft quite skinny. i need a routine to build up some muscles preferably on my arms and abs . i need to know what to eat and what to do. thx

Your priority should be to get a part time job so you can afford the $30/month gym membership.

Don't ask for an out-of-gym muscle building program here.
