Ive been working out for about 8 months...got pretty built, but didnt lose all the body fat i wanted.

Before i began working out i was 6'0 240 ibs.

Anyways 8 months after i got into shape.

From end of September till now (end of octuber)...I HAVENT WORKED OUT AT ALL...and ive gained weight...not a lot, but i grew out some love handles...

If i work my self real hard is it possible to lose 10-15 lbs.

I remember 4 years ago when the whole atkins diet came out, i went on it, and lost 23 lbs in a month without lifting weights...but it was shvt.

Anyways i believe i can lose a good amount of weight...my diet is set.

But wat type of cardio do u guys recomend me doing in the mornings.

I want to do cardio in the mornings and hit the gym at nite.

Dont worry about my body's recovery time...its fast.

The reason my time span is a month is becuz my girl left for a month to visit family in persio and i want to suprise her...or atleast go back to what i was before

And then make romance in her

5 Shakes a day, 27 servings in a tub, 26$ (not including shipping) a tub. 25$ a Week roughly, and flax seeds. Also fiber supps if you need it and hot rox. I've been on this diet the 28 days, I lost 18 lbs of fat, and 4% bodyfat. I took a weekend off and now I am back at it until i see my abs (very soon, maybe another 2 weeks?). This diet works, its hard, it's monotonous, it drives you crazy some times (especially when bastards who are your so-called friends purposefully eat things in front of you to tempt you, the good news is that the cravings subside and despite their best efforts you no longer crave the crappy food they eat) If you have the will power and desire to not be fat, do this diet. If you are weak and easily tempted...

Why not eat like a normal, healthy human being? It's soo easy, not retarded like these "All Shake, No Food" diets...Why are you tormenting yourselves?

Breakfast: Eggs, orange juice, bread, 2 glasses of water

Snack: Fruit + Protein shake, glass of water

Lunch: Tuna sandwich, 2 glasses of water

Snack: Fruit + Protein shake + veggie shake + glass of water

Dinner: Chicken/Beef + vegetables + 2 glasses of water

Snack: Cheese

----Post-workout Snack: 2x Protein shake + fruit + glass of water

Couple that with generous amount of cardio and lifting and you'll be fit as a fiddle in 3 months.

Hey speedy, the title is rapid fat loss in 1 month. If you have something to contribute to that goal, by all means share it.

Eat only celery and drink only water for exactly 28 days. When the next full moon appears, howl at it and drink an extra glass of water at midnight. When you awake in the morning you shall have a 6-pack and ripped muscles. Warning, not for the faint of heart...

Please take reading comprehension, you are contributing nothing to this post besides your personal view that you disagree with it. This would be fine if the OP said "hey guys what do you think about this diet". Your post was funny, I'll give you that. And I understand it was meant to be sarcastic, but if we examine your diet we notice a lack of calories, while on a cutting diet you need to cut calories, not cut all, but cutting out all protein is senseless. The V diet cuts your calories to a minimum and maintains your essential proteins and fats in order to retain muscles. Your diet is severely catabolic (and not real, I do understand the joke) but you pseudo-comparing it to the V diet is absurd. Especially because the V-diet was designed to retain as much muscle while burning away blobs of fat, whereas your diet was designed to point out how foolish you think shake diets are.

The main reason why I like this diet is the strictness and ease of preparation.

The strictness provides little room for cheating, there is no "oh just one of these" or "I will only do it just this once". Just eat your shakes and get it done.

Also there is no calorie counting, label reading etc. You measure your scoops and your flax seeds, breakfast is 30 seconds long including preparation. You'd be suprised at how much time you get back at the end of the day without food preparation.

So speedy, CONTRIBUTE or please remain silent.

would this diet be as effective if I only took the metabolic drive and a multivitamin?

Naw bro, i asked the same question on the V-Diet forum.

Its very essential to have the fat burner HOT ROX and Surge for your post workout.

I seriously think its worth it. It makes sense to me too. Plus you wont get any muscle loss and your still working out.

Very Legit Diet, plus its only meant for 28 days then you go to a solid meal diet.

My v-diet experience was that the first week was pretty rough. It gets easier. But in all I am impressed with the results. My deadlift has gone up, same with my squat (I switched to front squat) I am able to do more chin ups and dips as well.

I use the hot rox extreme.

BUY FLAX SEEDS!
They give you fiber, fiber is a factor in making you feel more full, you get omega 3's. Plus with added fiber it helps with weight loss.

see your weight is pretty good though.

i wanna get back to my previous weight which was at around 220. Right now im at 240 and have a belly. Back then my body was mostly muscle.

Doing the whole calculation crap my minimum calories is 1600 and max is 1900.

thats a lot of freaking eating...does that mean more shakes for me lol.

O, and did you go through 1 hot rox or 2, how many did u take a day, 4?

Back in the day I was also 240 at 6 foot.. I think I was at a total of like 40% body fat.

I got down to 170 at around 15-16% body fat..

then climbed to 180 at 15% body fat, after a little bulk stage.

then I stopped for 6 months and was at 25% at 200lbs. After about 1 and a half weeks im at 19% body fat and around 188lbs. I hope to drop another 8 lbs before the first month..

SO yes it is possible, but you WILL drop muscle. but its worth it.

I work out every day. HIIT cardio for about 15 mins.

Monday- back + shoulders
teusday- HIIT 15 mins with 10 min cool down and pool swim
Wed- arms pecks
Thurs - HITT same as teusday
friday- Leg day.
Sat and sunday are HIIT. and I usually train abbs on the same days as HIIT.

My diet is a 40-40-20 split. That means 40% is protein, 40% is carbs, and 20% is fat.

Since my Weight at around 8%BF (where I Want to be) is 168-170, I can gauge my food intake with that.

1 gram of protein per pound of bodyweight.. in this case, body weight that I will be at when im at 8% BF. which is 170.

So essentially I eat 170grams of protein, 170 of carbs and 85 of fat. which is about 2125 calories a day.

This is split up between 6 meals a day. sometimes 7.

1st meal - 30 grams protein, 60 grams carbs, 15 grams fat.
2nd meal - 30g P , 60g C , 15G F .
work out
3rd meal- 30g P, 30g C, 15g F
4th meal- 30g P, 20g C, 15g F
5th meal- 30g P, >10g C, 15g F
6th Meal- 30g P, 0g C, 15g F

Depending how you want to eat and your goal.. Using HIIT can be a *****.. especially if you dont give your body enough carbs to reach the intensity level required for the attractive effects of the HIIT.

I say it is possible.
