2.) You are given 2 options. Free & Preminum. Select 'Free'.
3.) YOU MUST WAIT AT LEAST 35 SECONDS BEFORE THE LINK TO DOWNLOAD APPEARS.

#3 occurs because they want to annoy you into buying the premium account.
