    started starting strength (my overhead press is horrible!)

    I am 5'8 and 160 lbs. I have tried more to got the sufficient weight according to the height. I have tried more then I have built the epic shoulder. I wish that I will get the nice weight as well as soon.

    Weights vs Elastics

    I like the bands for the stretching/resistance style exercises. I have also gotten it couple of months ago. But I want to say that You will make more survey for the good quality after You will get it as well.

    Diet advice/critique

    I have took two banana with milk shake after my exercises. All are awe about the banana very well. It is give protection against the strokes , ulcers and also help for reduce water retention. I like it dude.

    Losing Weight

    I think that You have to extract control over the junk food and also maitain your diet plan. Bevis give nice tips. I am sure that It should be make big difference between them. I hope that You will do it.
