    Yeh, read stronglifts. Alot of information on there, and the guy also explains the exercises, with videos etc to help.

    Can I get some feedback and critique please. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=vdq1TFrNr5U Just started doing squats. I'm only doing 2 reps, because I'd already completed my sets for the squats. Doing 50kg, I can easily do more weight, but don't want to add weight if I'm not squatting...
