    Eating habits/protien shakes

    find replacements for unhealthy foods i.e: ice cream -- non fat frozen yogurt french fries -- potatoes candy -- strawberries, bananas, pineapple, chocolate -- if you're gonna go insane if you don't eat chocolate then get it in a protein bar or shake so you at least get something good...

    Does anyone else here do thai boxing/kickboxing?

    I've been using thai boxing as my main source of cardio for a while now and it's been going pretty well. Does anyone else here do this? if so what routines do you do? I use Bas Rutten's MMA Workout (www.basrutten.tv) and reccommend it :cheer: i am thinking of coming up with my own combos...

    im kinda new at eating healthy and stuff, but after much research, I have come up with this plan for losing fat without losing too much muscle with the help of some websites and books and crap. however as i said i am new so maybe some more experienced people could throw a few pointers my way...
